Jaden Smith finally broke his silence on the infamous Oscars slap.
He tweeted: “My dad, Will Smith, stood up to a bully when Chris Rock disrespected my mom on the Oscars stage. The world may have turned against him, but I admired it. He showed me that no matter how big the stage is, a man should defend his woman. To me, he’ll always be my hero for delivering that slap in front of millions.”
Chris Rock wasted no time clapping back, replying: “Everybody knows your mom didn’t go bald from alopecia—she shaved it because she still misses 2Pac. And honestly, the saddest part is your dad couldn’t slap you into dressing with an ounce of style.”
